Our story
The keeper of the keys
The Middle Ages: royal courts, gold, silk and heavy velvet. This is when the first concierges appeared — the people closest to the rulers. They kept the candles lit and the keys to every room of the castle, looked after the king’s guests and did the impossible to make their stay perfect. They were trusted, they knew the secrets of the kingdom, and every door was open to them.
The modern concierge has many functions, but the essential one has not changed: access. A concierge may serve a king — or reserve a table for you.
That is our role. VIP Assistance gives guests in Bulgaria access to everything a visit requires, from the motorcade of a head of state to a private table in the mountains.

VIP Assistance today
Since 2018 we have coordinated official visits for the State of Qatar, the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Türkiye, as well as international summits and conferences in Sofia.
Alongside official work we look after executives, families and private guests: chauffeur-driven transport, reservations, events, relocation and private journeys across the country. Every engagement is led by one coordinator, from the first call to the last departure.
