The first impression of a country is formed at its airport. We arrange the arrival — and the departure — so that your guests pass through calmly, with someone at their side who knows every door.

We coordinate with the airport’s VIP service, the ground handlers and, for official flights, the protocol services, and we plan the onward journey so that the car is waiting the moment they step outside.

Questions, answered

Which airports do you cover?

Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas. Sofia Airport, with its VIP terminal, receives most official and business arrivals.

Can you arrange arrivals for private jets?

Yes. We coordinate with the ground handler and, where needed, the protocol services, so that the car and the formalities are ready at the aircraft.

What do you need from us?

Flight numbers, passenger names exactly as in their passports, the number of bags and any special requirements. For official flights, the details your protocol office would normally share.
