Every official visit has its own etiquette and its own pressures. Programmes change by the hour, security rules are absolute and nothing may look improvised. Our role is to make the logistics invisible, so that the visit can be about its purpose.

We work for the visiting side and alongside the hosts: the delegation’s protocol and advance teams, the embassy and the Bulgarian institutions receiving the guests. One coordinator holds the whole picture and answers for it.

Questions, answered

What kinds of delegation do you support?

Official state visits, working visits and private visits of heads of state and government, ministers, parliamentary and business delegations — from a principal with a small staff to large delegations moving in several motorcades.

How far in advance should we contact you?

As soon as the dates are known — four to six weeks is comfortable for a state visit. We regularly take on visits at much shorter notice: call the direct line and we will tell you frankly what is possible.

Do you work with the hosting institutions and security services?

Yes. We coordinate with the receiving institutions, the embassy and the services responsible for the visit, and our plans are built to their requirements. Close protection itself is provided by the competent services or by licensed partners.

Can the vehicles follow a specific colour or configuration?

Yes. Delegation fleets are matched — usually black — and arranged in protocol order. Our own fleet is extended through vetted partner fleets whenever a visit needs more vehicles.

Which languages do your team and chauffeurs speak?

Bulgarian, English and Russian as standard. Interpreters for Arabic, Chinese, Turkish, German, French and other languages are arranged for each visit.
