Questions, answered
Do you organise events outside Sofia?
Yes — at wineries in the Thracian valley, at mountain resorts such as Bansko, and at venues on the Black Sea coast.
Can you prepare protocol seating for an official dinner?
Yes. We prepare the seating and order of precedence with the host’s protocol office and adapt it to last-minute changes.
How far ahead should we plan?
Two to three months is comfortable for conferences and large receptions. Private dinners and smaller events can often be arranged within days.
Do you provide transport for guests?
Yes. Guest transport is planned together with the run of show, from VIP arrivals to shuttle loops for every guest.
